One You Kensington and Chelsea has a range of free services available beginning with our Health Coaches who have the specialist knowledge and experience to advise and guide you each step of the way, changing bad habits and showing you how to lose weight for good.
Lose Weight With One You
The, ‘Lose Weight With One You’ Programme is a 10 week course specifically aimed to help residents of Kensington and Chelsea. You’ll participate in hands on group learning and 30 minutes of physical activity designed to support you on your weight loss journey.
